Aadhaar card download is the process of obtaining a soft copy of your Aadhaar card from the UIDAI website. The download process involves entering your 12-digit Aadhaar number or 28-digit enrolment ID (EID), along with a One-Time Password (OTP) received on your registered mobile number or email ID. The downloaded Aadhaar card is in PDF format and is password-protected, with the password being the first four letters of your name in capital letters and your year of birth. You can download your Aadhaar card from the UIDAI website anytime, and also update your Aadhaar details if needed.

To download your Aadhaar card, you can follow these steps:

Visit the official UIDAI website – https://uidai.gov.in/
Click on the “Download Aadhaar” option under the “My Aadhaar” tab.
You will be redirected to a new page. Select the “Aadhaar” option under “I Have” section.
Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number or your 28-digit enrolment ID (EID) and the security code.
Click on the “Get One Time Password” option.
You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number or email ID.
Enter the OTP in the box provided and click on “Download Aadhaar”.
A PDF file will be downloaded containing your Aadhaar card.
You will need to enter a password to open the PDF file. The password is the first four letters of your name in capital letters and your year of birth (YYYY).
Note: In case you do not have access to your registered mobile number or email ID, you will need to update your Aadhaar details first before downloading your Aadhaar card.

“वन टाइम पासवर्ड प्राप्त करें” विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
आपको अपने पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल आईडी पर एक ओटीपी प्राप्त होगा।
दिए गए बॉक्स में ओटीपी दर्ज करें और “डाउनलोड आधार” पर क्लिक करें।
आपके आधार कार्ड वाली एक पीडीएफ फाइल डाउनलोड हो जाएगी।
पीडीएफ फाइल खोलने के लिए आपको एक पासवर्ड दर्ज करना होगा। पासवर्ड बड़े अक्षरों में आपके नाम के पहले चार अक्षर और आपके जन्म का वर्ष (YYYY) है।
नोट: यदि आपके पास अपने पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल आईडी तक पहुंच नहीं है, तो आपको अपना आधार कार्ड डाउनलोड करने से पहले अपना आधार विवरण अपडेट करना होगा।
