शेयर एक अंग्रेजी शब्द है जिसका हिंदी अर्थ “हिस्सेदारी” होता है, जब हमें किसी कंपनी में कुछ हिस्सेदारी खरीदने होती है तो हम उसके कुछ शेयर खरीद लेते हैं।
किसी भी कंपनी के शेयर हम शेयर बाजार से ही खरीद सकते हैं। शेयर बाजार में प्रत्येक कंपनी दो बड़े स्टॉक एक्सचेंज बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (BSE) और नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (NSE) पर लिस्टेड होती है।
शेयर बाजार में उन्हीं कंपनियों के शेयर खरीद सकते हैं जो BSE और NSE पर लिस्टेड है। BSE पर पूरे देश की लगभग 5000 कंपनी लिस्टेड हैं और NSE पर लगभग 2000 कंपनियां लिस्टेड हैं। कुछ बड़ी कंपनियां; जैसे- Reliance Industries, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), HDFC, Wipro, Infosys आदि।
India में BSE और NSE के अलावा और भी कई स्टॉक एक्सचेंज है पर वह इतने प्रचलन में नहीं है।
शेयर बाजार से किसी कंपनी के शेयर कैसे खरीदें और बेचें।
शेयर बाजार में कंपनियों के स्टॉक डीमेट अकाउंट से खरीदे और बेचे जाते हैं। डीमैट अकाउंट, SEBI (एक स्वायत्त सरकारी संस्था) द्वारा अधिकृत किसी स्टॉक ब्रोकर के पास खोला जाता है।
Stock Brokers और Demat Account क्या होता है?
Stock Broker
शेयर बाजार से किसी भी कंपनी के शेयर हम सीधे BSE और NSE से नहीं खरीद सकते इसके लिए हमें एक स्टॉक ब्रोकर की जरूरत पड़ती है जो SEBI द्वारा अधिकृत हो।
इन स्टॉक ब्रोकर्स के पास Demat और Trading Account खोला जाता है। Demat और Trading Account से ही शेयर बाजार में किसी कंपनी के शेयर खरीदे या बेच सकते हैं।
स्टॉक ब्रोकर दो प्रकार के होते हैं:
- Full Service Brokers
- Discount Brokers
Full Service Brokers: फुल सर्विस ब्रोकर Investment, Market Analysis, Stocks Recos, Portfolio Management की Services देते हैं। यह Demat + Trading + Bank Account की सुविधा देते हैं। इनकी Services Fees और Annual maintenance charges, Discount brokers से ज्यादा होते हैं।
- HDFC Securities
- ICICI securities
- Kotak Securities
यह कुछ प्रमुख फुल सर्विस ब्रोकर हैं।
Discount Brokers: डिस्काउंट ब्रोकर सिर्फ Demat और Trading Account की सुविधा देते हैं। Bank Account अलग से खुलाना पड़ता है। यह स्टॉक ब्रोकर की सबसे बढ़िया Category है इसमें ब्रोकर कोई Stock Recos,Personal Investment, Portfolio Management की सुविधा नहीं देता है यह सब आपको खुद ही करना पड़ता है इसीलिए इन की Fees और Charges कम होते हैं।
कुछ Discount Brokers के List निम्नलिखित है:
- Zerodha
- Upstox
- Angel broking
Demat account
जिस प्रकार पैसों को बैंक में रखा जाता है उसी प्रकार कंपनियों के Stocks को Demat account में रखा जाता है।
शेयर बाजार में stocks खरीदने या बेचने के लिए trading account से पैसे दिए और लिए जाते हैं। Trading Account, Demat Account से linked रहता है।
Trading Account में पैसों को भेजने या निकालने के लिए एक Bank Account लगाते हैं।
