ग्लेनमार्क लाइफ साइंसेज (Glenmark Life Sciences), ग्लेनमार्क फार्मास्युटिकल्स (Glenmark Pharmaceuticals) की सब्सिडियरी कंपनी है। अभी तक ग्लेनमार्क फार्मा की कंपनी में 100 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी है।
यह अपना IPO 27 जुलाई को जारी करेगी। IPO में 1 शेयर 695-720 रूपए का होगा। इस IPO के न्यूनतम 1 लोट और अधिकतम 13 लोट में निवेश किया जा सकता है। IPO के 1 लोट की कीमत 13900-14400 के बीच होगी। यह आईपीओ 29 जुलाई को बंद हो जाएगा।
इस IPO के जरिये कंपनी करीब 1514 करोड़ रूपए जुटायेगी। कंपनी 1060 करोड़ रुपये के नए शेयर IPO में जारी करेगी। प्रत्येक शेयर की फेस वैल्यू (Face Value) 2 रुपये होगी। ऑफर फॉर सेल (Offer For Sale) के तहत कंपनी के प्रमोटर अपने 63 लाख शेयर बेचेंगे। कंपनी ने 50 फीसदी शेयर योग्य संस्थागत खरीदारों के लिए रिजर्व रखा है। 15 फीसदी शेयर गैर-संस्थागत निवेशकों के लिए रिजर्व किए हैं। बाकी 35 फीसदी शेयर रिटेल निवेशकों(आम निवेशकों) के लिए रखें गए हैं।
एंकर निवेशकों के लिए यह IPO 26 जुलाई से शुरू हो जाएगा। इसे 6 अगस्त को बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (BSE) और नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (NSE) पर लिस्टेड किया जा सकता है।
ग्लेनमार्क लाइफ साइंस के इस IPO के लीड मैनेजर – गोल्डमैन सैक्स, कोटक महिंद्रा कैपिटल, बोफा सिक्योरिटीज, DAM कैपिटल, BoB कैप्स और SBI कैपिटल हैं।
इससे पहले कंपनी ने IPO से 1600 करोड़ रुपये जुटाने की योजना बनाई थी। लेकिन, अब IPO का आकार घटा दिया गया है। कंपनी ने इस साल अप्रैल में SEBI को IPO के लिए आवेदन भेजा था।
ग्लेनमार्क लाइफ साइंस की प्रतिद्वंद्वी कंपनियों में डिवीज लेबोरेट्रीज (Divis Laboratories), लॉरस लैब्स (Laurus Labs), शिल्पा मेडिकेयर (Shilpa Medicare), आरती ड्रग्स (Aarti Drugs) और सोलारा एक्टिव फार्मा (Solara Active Pharma) शामिल हैं।
इस IPO SE जुटाए गए 900 करोड़ रुपए से बकाया पेमेंट चुकाया जाएगा, जो रकम कंपनी के API बिजनेस को अलग करने के लिए खर्च की गई थी। इसके अलावा बाकी बचे 152.76 करोड़ रुपए कंपनी अपनी दूसरी जरूरतों में इस्तमाल करेगी।
ग्लेनमार्क लाइफ साइंसेज हाई वैल्यू, नॉन-कोमोडिटाइज्ड एक्टिव फार्मास्यूटिकल इंग्रेडिएंट्स (API) का निर्माण करती है। यह 120 प्रकार के अलग-अलग प्रोडक्ट बनाती है। इसकी दवाओं का इस्तेमाल कार्डियोवस्कुलर, सेंट्रल नवर्स सिस्टम थैरेपी, डायबिटीज और एंटी-इंफेक्टिव के इलाज में होता है।
